LOVELY APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night stay and this is definitely one of the better apartments we have stayed in.

Firstly, the location is great. We loved staying in the Latin Quarter – the area has a lovely feel and it is close to everything including great restaurants and the metro. We never had to walk anymore than 10 mins for dinner each evening, and we went to some lovely local restaurants. The Notre Dame is literally around the corner from the apartment, with the Le Marais area and the Lourve only about a 20 min walk away along the Seine.

The apartment was small but perfectly formed! It has everything you would need for a short stay, with a comfortable bed, great shower and a very quiet location.

Eric met us at the apartment and was very welcoming and friendly, and gave us lots of details about the apartment, and then took us on a short walk around the area to show us where the locals shops, bank etc was which was very helpful.

I would definitely recommend this apartment – it is very comfortable for a couple but may feel a bit tight for 4 people.

    WONDERFUL APARTMENT and LOCATION

This apartment was a great choice for our 8 day Paris visit (husband and 15 year old daughter). It was a great location on a quiet street with easy access to shops and transportation. It was clean, organized, had storage for our things as well as amenities to make our stay comfortable. Lovely courtyard and the bells of Notre Dame could be heard with the open windows.

I am glad we had Louis arrange our transportation to and from the airport. Eric was there on our arrival at the apartment and we greatly appreciated his tour of the apartment and neighborhood. We hope to stay here again.

A CHARMING, COZY, COMFORTABLE and CONVENIENT OASIS

We just returned from spending a week in the apartment and only wish we had booked a month. By the end of the stay, we felt like we were part of the neighborhood, thanks to Louis who was gracious and hospitable. He was there to greet us on arrival, showed us all the practical workings of the apartment, and took us on a brief walking tour of the neighborhood. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and the two we tried were the most memorable of our visit. He also made sure to follow up with us during the week to see how we were doing.

The space was well designed, tastefully furnished, and immaculate with all the conveniences you will need. The high ceilings and tall windows and a lovely view of the downstairs patio and neighboring garden in which an art gallery opening party was taking place one evening added to the ambiance. The bells of Notre Dame, which is practically around the corner, would chime frequently throughout the day.

The apartment is on a narrow street; although it is mere steps from the Seine in one direction and the Blvd St. Germain in the other direction, it is worlds removed from the hustle and bustle of both. Do not miss the market near the Maubert-Mutualite metro open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays which Louis pointed out to us during our walk.

I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return for a longer period on my next visit to Paris.
